About the service

As a work manager at Lundgrens, you have a central role in the business with overall responsibility for the company's production and business. It is a broad and exciting role where you plan, lead and coordinate the overall business according to set goals and guidelines.

Main tasks:

• Marketing activities and creating business.
• Strive for satisfied customers and brand building.
• Lead, coach and develop employees in their work. Contribute with advice and support during the design and sales phase as well as implementation of projects.
• Resource optimization.
• Overall responsibility for budget and forecast work as well as project follow-up. 
• Ensure a good quality and safe working environment.
• Management team work challenges, strategies and visions. 
• You lead the project manager team and hold all or part of your own projects.

Who are you?

You have a construction technical background with experience from a similar position as site manager, work manager, production manager, project manager or similar. You are used to being responsible for projects and understand how all parts of a project should be performed. It is an advantage if you have a large network of contacts in the construction industry and have experience in forging and / or glass. 

As a person, you are a doer who likes to have a lot of balls in the air. You are result-oriented and customer-oriented at the same time as you are structured, straightforward and unpretentious. That you are entrepreneurial, like challenges and are innovative is important as a lot is about solving tasks. You thrive as a leader and know how to create commitment and a good team spirit through communication and clarity. 

Competence is important, but for us, personal qualities and attitudes are just as important. For us to succeed, we need the right person in the team.

Salary benefits

You have a fixed monthly salary and performance salary. Other benefits are mobile phone, computer, wellness allowance, massage and national coupons. To promote a good community, we go on team trips every year and arrange joint activities. Lundgren's are also involved in the charity project Eezer and among other things go on trips to Africa where we are involved and make a difference on the spot.

About us

It started in the small workshop in the garage in Storskogen in 1952. For three family generations, Lundgrens Smide has preserved the craft tradition and delivered complete solutions in forging and glass to both construction companies and private individuals in Greater Stockholm and the surrounding area. Our projects vary in both size and character and we do most things within construction forging, glass and metal sections, interior forging and service throw. We have focused on forging and glass work, which many others in the industry find difficult to perform.  Our ambition is to always deliver a good project to a satisfied customer. That is why we are happy to contribute with new angles and help our customers find the best solutions. 

Lundgrens Smide currently employs around 40 employees, consisting of project managers, supervisors, blacksmiths and fitters, finance and HR. Our forging workshop is located in Bromma and with our central location we can be quickly in place. 

The group includes Bröderna Eddings Smide, which is an independent forging business with about 20 employees who have worked in Stockholm since 1945. Eddings manufactures all types of forging work in its workshop in Järfälla. Read more about them here.

Today we have a turnover of around 70 million and the goal is to grow both as a company and as a group.
