ABOUT THE SERVICE & TASKS

Lundgren Smide has a fully equipped workshop in Bromma where we manufacture forging and glass products. As a workshop manager, you have the ultimate responsibility for the daily operation of our forging workshop. You lead and plan the daily operations with profitability, satisfied customers and motivated staff. You work continuously to optimize and develop routines to create an efficient and safe workshop. The work includes:

  • Lead, plan and develop the daily activities. 
  • Responsibility for customer reception.
  • Lead and coach the employees in the daily work.
  • Budget and cost responsibility.
  • Work environment responsibility - maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Responsibility for the workshop meeting the set regulatory requirements. 

Much focus is on leadership and process work, which means coaching employees and further developing existing routines and creating an efficient and safe business. You take care of what works well, is responsive and makes improvements.

The role also includes responsibility for cars, tools, equipment and machinery. You get to work with skilled colleagues in a workplace that is characterized by a warm and wonderful atmosphere.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who have experience of similar work with successful management work and good results. Great emphasis is placed on your personality, your drive and proactivity. That you are result-driven and passionate about driving a business forward is a matter of course. You are inspired by challenges and solve tasks independently and have an ability to create a good atmosphere and team spirit. That you thrive at a high pace as well as variety and variety in the work is important for success in the role. You have good planning and prioritization skills. 

We are looking for you as:

  • has experience of personnel and budget responsibility as well as experience in customer contact.
  • is service-minded, unpretentious and flexible.
  • is interested in working with maintaining and developing both processes and work routines.
  • wants to work with the development of your employees towards set goals. You have the ability to create commitment and a good team spirit.
  • has a B driving license

Industry knowledge is an advantage.

Monthly salary.

Mobile phone, computer, fitness allowance and national coupons. Every year we go on team trips and arrange joint activities to promote a good community. Lundgrens is involved in the charity project Eezzer and travels, among other things. to Kenya where we get the opportunity to be involved and make a difference.

FORM OF EMPLOYMENT

Permanent employment 100 %.

Working hours are Monday - Thursday 06: 30-15: 45 and Friday at 06: 30-14: 15.

Our forging workshop is located in Bromma in northern Stockholm.

About 50 employees work with us - project managers, supervisors, blacksmiths and fitters. The group also includes The brothers Edding's Forging in Järfälla, which is an independent forging company that has operated in Stockholm since 1945. About 20 employees work at Eddings.
